It starts by saying it's not a sales or marketing call and the final, urgent message is intended for (the call goes to an automated/robotic voice that says something you can't understand) and to call the issuing firm today at 1-844-409-7997. She says she is "calling from the compliance department in regards to documents received in their office red-flagged for immediate processing and service. Multiple attempts have been made to contact you with no response. If the issuing office does not hear back from you, they will be forced to move forward with or without your consent.
