Our office received a Voice mail today 3/24/2026 at 10:16AM from a Nicole Smith from Caruthers, CA Phone Number 559-234-6158 stating they were with Process Service Division retained to serve documents to an employee. She stated that they need to know if there are policy or procedures in place for such action. The name she provided has never been employed by our office. She stated that if other arrangements were not made by calling them at 844-409-9799 and referencing case #26105935, they would be adding futher legal action without the employees knowledge or consent. I called the 844-409-9799 # from a blocked number and it is answered stating Legal Solutions. Is this real and should we respond letting them know they are calling a wrong business?
