socialcatfish.com used deceptive practices to get me to sign up and pay $38. Their site did not deliver the results it said that it unlocked. They will not issue a refund because I used data (which happens the moment you click unlock report.) They tell me it is in their terms of service that if you use data you are not entitled to a refund which I see no where in the terms(https://socialcatfish.com/faq/terms-of-service/ which states: "Refund Policy If you are not satisfied with our services you can call us at (844) 422-8347 and speak with one of our customer service representatives. If you can't find the data, we'll be more than happy to help you or even help you understand what the data means." ). On their website they use the BBB accredited logo with an A+ but I have come to find out they actually have an F and their accreditation has been revoked. So not only do they show false positive results to get you to sign up but they use BBB accreditation to look legit. I signed up on 1/4/2026 and they lost their rank with BBB in November of 2025.
