Chris with the legal processing department called me wanting to come to my house at 4:00 today to verify my identity and drop off an envelope of documents. I find it odd that they called to schedule a time to serve these supposed papers. He told me that I could call the office of who was issuing the claim. The phone number I was given to call was 844-607-6903. When I call that number they never identify what law office it is and the name of the person I was told to speak to was Alex Goldstein. I ended up speaking with Justin DiMartino and he told me there was no way he could help me. They did try to take $734.90 from me which I told him I couldn't do until Friday and then he suddenly said he couldn't do anything because someone had taken the case and I had signed for the papers (Which I have not signed for any papers).
