There is a profile on facebook by the "business name" provided pretending to be my brother in law who is currently incarcerated. they made the profile and started harassing his wife (my sister). The problem is that i tried calling the only working customer support number 1 (844) 607 8788) and told them what happened and if they can take down the profile since they let porn on the website why not take down the profile? the person (who sounded to be of Indian decent) told me "call the cops" then hung up. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. i want the profile taken down. and for both me and my sister to receive a sincere apology. This is so unacceptable.
