I was solicited by a test prep company (Prep Scores but was charged by “Academic ENRL) to purchase ACT and SAT test prep information. Thought it was prompted from school because they called on my mobile and knew my daughters name. Agreement was if materials (most specifically a thumb drive) were returned within 30 days I would receive a full refund. Initial phone call/order on 1/27/26. Received package on or about 2/9/26. Realized it wasn't from school so I packed everything in the box provided and sent back on 2/17/26. It was received at 10950 Arrow RTE #1053 Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91729 on 2/20/26. Confirmation #*****6035 with the USPS. The Name is Prep Scores. The name of the charge on my debit card is Academic ENRL. They charged me $249.95 and $79.95 both on 1/27/26. They tried to charge another $79.95 on 2/23/26 in the middle of the night but my bank flagged the charge. I have called 844-659-74225 5-6 times leaving a message each time since 2/24/26.
