I had a similar experience as another customer. Received a letter about calling 1-844-763-1718 to extend the warranty of my Toyota. First clue that this was a scam was that it was sent via presorted standard mail instead of first class; presorted standard is reserved for junk mail. The second clue is that there is no company name or info anywhere on the letter, just the customer service rep, "Michael" and phone number.
