Called to place the order. It seemed suspicious from the beginning. I asked them to take a picture of it and send it along with the invoice so I could see what they made to be delivered. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday, March 2nd by 12:00 for a funeral. I called at 1:30 to ask if it had been delivered and where the picture was and they said it was out for delivery. It should have been delivered hours ago.....for a funeral service. I had some people that were at the service look for it. It was not there. I had a picture of what was supposed to be delivered. not there. I asked to speak to management and they said there is no one to talk too. There is no refund because the flowers were out for delivery. Then hung up on me. All a lie and a scam! HOW MANY ORDERS DO THEY RECIEVE AND NEVER DELIVER? THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN! THEY HAVE OTHER WEBSITES ALL OVER SO ITS NOT JUST THIS AREA.
