This person who works at or owns Belleza Holistica said they had a home for rent at the address listed. I sent them $2500 for deposit for this home and they said they rented it to someone else. I have a receipt of payment and proof on zelle. I have already filed a complaint with the bank for a refund. I reached out via text and email and she has never responded. I gave her time and was asking very nicely and no response. The contract stated there could be a $50 late fee for rent but nothing about the deposit. Noone ever moved in and they rented to another family stating originally they are not going to refund anything. I requested refund via zelle and email but have not responded since. I don't know if they do business this way at that place as well or just during their rental property but want people to know this happened and very unprofessional and she put a young woman with 2 small children out of a home that was trying to relocate from California. She asked me to send the money for her because she didn't have zelle so she is out of a deposit now. Even if they were communicating and said they would give a partial refund or anything would be decent but no communication at all.
