I purchased a wool felt hat from this company. It is not as sturdy, as advertised on the website, and the dimensions and fit do not match the fit of other hats of similar size. its much too large. I have tried to contact the company via both email and their whatsap number +85252083908 and they will not provide me information to send the hat back for a refund. The website does state they will provide a full refund. However they will not answer my emails or calls beyond a form text that states " Dear Customer, "We are very sorry for the trouble caused to you. You can adjust the hat to fit your head circumference according to the following link. https://myhathaven.com/pages/how-to-adjust-your-hat-for-a-perfect-fit For this situation, we have applied for a 20% refund for you and a 20% discount for your next purchase. Do you accept it? No need to send the original items back to us. You can keep the products or donate them to those in need. Look forward to your reply." the other form email i get from them states "Dear customer, We are sorry to hear about that. Could you please send pictures of the item you received? This will help me solve the problem better for you. Thank you for your understanding. Have a nice day! MyHatHaven" i have sent them photos and tried to call and email. and gotten no responses beyond these form emails. Please help.
