855-226-4523 - Electric Company Sammer Normally I deal with the scam callers myself by waisting there time as much as possible and giving them fake information but this time these people are calling my girl friend's 93 year old grandmother and gave her a panic attack. I know that there are systems and programs that can be used to clog their telephone lines but I can't seem to find it. Please let me know if anyone has any idea with what I'm talking about.
