I am giving you a call here in regards to claim #....... um, this is in process of being filed against uh [spouses first name/last name]. um he must have listed you as a relative of Mr [spouses last name]. and also listed your address as a possible place of location for him. they have the [my home address] address. now, umm, if this is incorrect, he does have to contact the filing parties so they can update his information with their office. um he'll need to do so before it is release in their office.
