Whoever the person was called me at 7:32 am This morning, california time they said that I had documents delivered to a previous address.I had no aware of what she was talking about.She didn't mention nothing, she said.I needed to contact an attorney, this morning, the attorney's name was Sophia Johnson, and the phone number she gave me was 8556340680 and said she would be able to tell me what it was about. And everything else, I already know that are there. Anybody cannot call you before 8 o'clock in the morning. A 7:32 hour. I kind of knew that there was something fishy going on. I have not called. And I am I going to no. I'm not and I didn't give her no personal information. I just told her I was out of town. So I'm reporting it, I've looked at other people for the same exact thing which said, doc servers, 24CA on it is what it came back to my phone as I'm not calling the number so I'm giving it to you guys to see what can be done. Scammer called my dad (moms ex husband) phone for my mom and left a voicemail. He sent the voicemail to me to notify my mom. The voicemail stated that this message was intended for (my moms full name) and that they were calling from a specific county (where she lives) processing service office and that this was regarding a legal litigation about a court summons filed under case number ————. They then proceeded to provide the information of an attorney she has to contact but i researched this alleged attorney and they were disbarred back in 2024 for serious reasons. Said court processor tried to serve papers but was returned. To avoid missing court date call atty sophia johnson at 855 634 0680 Attempted to call believing it was real, scared and got recording. Retired 69 yr old woman with heart issues this needs to be stopped. Called home phone and left this message, week ago sent same message on my cell.
