They contacted me and asked for my husband. The said they had legal papers that they had been unsuccessful in delivering to him. They needed his address and phone number. When I did not give them this they said for him to call 855-730-5665. We did not call this number. They said they were with DS Processing and need to deliver law documents from EWA Law. This evening, I received a call on my cell phone with the following transcript: "If this is not you, please disregard this message. This is Aris with DS processing. There has been a failed attempt to deliver documents regarding the complaint to your verified residents. You will need to be available to receive the documentation, and if we are unable to reach you at your residence, we'll attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. This does require your image at attention. In order to stop further action from being taken, you will need to reach out to the filing party at 855-730-5665. Again, the number is 855-730-5665. This call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you. Thank you."
