I have a subscription to that I have been trying to cancel for 3 months. I called a number from the website (855-771-9424) and was directed to a department that need to access my screen to refund money since I had been trying to cancel for so long. I was instructed to access Cash App and verify my identy by pressing some numbers. Next thing I knew was that I was charged some money. I was told to download WhatsApp also. Today I called the same number and was trying to get refunded again and was told to download Anydesk. Again, my screen was trying to be accessed along with my Cash App account. I cannot find a way to discontinue my subscription with Bingo Blitz. My situation was immediately reported to Cash App and I was told to wait until the transactions posted before filing a claim.
