I ordered a calcium stick online via Facebook or Instagram site (designed to target wrinkles and volume loss in specific areas like the eyes, lips, and neck). I agreed to a $24.93 charge but then looked at my checking account find out that they charged me an additional $29.99. Did some searching online to find that many people have not received product and were charged for a subscription without their knowledge (like me). I have called my bank and locked my card but cannot dispute the charge till it is no longer pending. I will have to dispute the charges and then get a new card. Not sure what will happen. There is no way to contact them all the numbers I have - they don't answer this number (859) 445-0390 or this number (844) 584-5024.
