On Thursday, February 12, 2026, I ordered a 20" gas stove online from a website called ezonesglobal.com for $367.50. The website stated the shipping is free. The description of the item is Avanti GR2013CSS 20" Freestanding Gas Range. I received a confirmation email right away for order #98822 and the email said the product would ship within 5-8 working days. On February 28, 2026, I emailed the customer support number and requested a refund because the item never came. No one responded. I also called their phone number several times at 864-410-0954, but no one answered. The address listed on their website is 42 Anzac Road,Auckland, Browns Bay 0630,New Zealand. I was looking for a gas range stove online to purchase. I found this website ezoneglobal . I saw that they are doing sale. I checked if the website has different products than stove. yes they do have chain saw , lawn mower , car engine ... and i sent an email to the email address on the website,.requesting if they can do delivery and they re[plied yes. how long it takes ?, they replied 5 to 7 days. I ordered the GE 30 inch gas range , t received an email that my order was received they will send me more details later. Aftter 5 days I checked my email and they did not send me a tracking number for my purchase. So I called their customer service at 1-864-410-0954 .dead end. no answer. So it was 7days then , I felt It is a scam. but my $ 397.50 was out of my account on a name Mohhamad . I decided to contact you to investigate and persecute them by the law . I was looking to buy a propane fireplace and did a Google search. Ezones global had a listing. We ordered and paid via Paypal on March 3rd 2026. We received a confirmation email on March 6 stating our order was received. We checked Paypal a week later and payment was made to Muhammed Shafig. We emailed a few more times requesting tracking information but received no reply. I attemted to contact Ezones global multiple times but haven't received any response.
