I received two separate text messages today indicating the following: Cardmember Service Alert: 639368 is your code. If you didn't make this request or have questions, please call (866) 253-1752. This message was received on my phone (423) 322-6330 at 12:50 pm CDT. A 2nd text at 12:53 pm CDT with the same message except with a 'code' number 221819 instead of the previous one in the 1st message. The only identifier on the text message was showing 90865.
