The scammer left a voice recording on my ex wifes phone. The recording starts with a person with a philpino accent providing a case number. The message then breaks, and a woman speaking English almost in a southern dialect begins to speak and says that I am being sued and papers are being mailed. I called the number (866-304-7773) for Lincoln & Associates. a man answered saying, "Legal dept", no name, says Im being sued by CashNet USA for 8000, but they settle for 2000. I said that bs let them file it, hes says its already filed. I said, funny, Im looking at the court website and. I then called CashNet USA and they have no idea what Im talking about.
