I received a text notifying me. My Apple ID was used in Nevada and I needed to call 866-502-9970 to see if I wanted to dispute the $143 charge and so I did not respond. I looked at the email and it was a qq.com email which I found out is in China.. obviously I did not trust the text. The email did not match Apple support so I blocked it and deleted it.
