I received a phone call from someone stating they were from statewide legal processing telling me I had a summons. A delivery attempt would be made the following day between 12p-3p and I would need to be present and have verifiable ID. The caller used my maiden name (which I haven’t used in over 10 years), but did have my correct residential address. The caller goes on to say if I’m looking to put an immediate stop order on the summons, I can call 866-537-4511.
