Called me and my ex-husband and said it is in regards to a court summons filed under case number they left on my phone and this is a legal notification from the county. They said they were contacting me to inform me that an attempt was made to serve me with legal documents requesting my presence in court but the documents were returned from the address the have on file. To avoid failure to appear they strongly recommend I contact the attorney in charge of my case, a Sophia Johnson and her number is 866-562-2419. They also said her office will be able to provide me with additional details regarding the case. I looked up the case number in all the courts in my county and nothing was found. Then when I looked up the number on my missed calls list, a number came up as DocServers24 MI it said it was a scam number. I also discovered someone from another state also filed a complaint here at the BBB with the same number for that attorney and very similar story to mine.
