A voicemail is always left and states that this is someone (frequently with the last name "Foster") from TD Lending Union underwriting. They state that my file shows I'm nearly approved for $59,000. They say that I applied for a loan in the past (which I did not). I'm instructed to contact them at 866-590-0957.
