Used google search to find senior flight discounts with delta. Called the number it listed 1-866-673-1629. Call center in India pretending to be Delta. Had several emails and confirmation looked normal at a quick glance. Tried to check my mom’s flight info via Delta website and on the phone with Real Delta customer service. Does not exist. I then tried calling the number in the email and is turned off. Called the 1-866-673-1629 3xs and they kept telling me that reservation doesn't exist even though they asked just for her first name and birth date last name or reservation id.
