I received a phone call about a family member to contact a mediation firm prior to being served a summons. The lady, giving a name of Gina Garcia, also contacted several other family members (at least 6) and made threats. Varying versions of the stories were given to different family members - some claiming money owed and others claiming a federal warrant to be issued. Told family members they would be arrested as obstruction. They had personal information such as names, Social Security numbers, phone numbers, addresses and birthdates. Claimed that if he contacted a mediation firm (866-685-4621 aka "Great Eastern" with a case number) before end of day, he could manage payment and not be served.
