I placed an order through SelectShed's website for a Chicken Coop. I tried to reach SelectSheds customer service number at 866-771-7174 several times, but the calls were not going through. There was no way to contact by phone, and my only hope was to follow up on my order via email at [email protected] . I received a notification via email that my order was shipped and they provided a false FedEx tracking number. I contacted FedEx, and they confirmed they did not have anything under my name nor address listed with that specific tracking number for a delivery package from SelectSheds. It is so unfortunate and disheartening that they never shipped nor delivered my Chicken Coop item I ordered, which I was immediately charged the amount of $763.99. I also tried to go on their website and use their on-line customer service chat feature to follow-up on my order and it was an unsuccessful attempt. I was scammed and robbed $763.99. On March 24,2026 we ordered the Swing-N-Slide Knightsbridge Plus Wood Complete Play Set. Kept track of the shipping status via FedEx. Swing supposedly arrived March 30, 2026, at 11:57 am to our home. I was home on the delivery date, and the purchase did not arrive. I entered the tracking number on the FedEx website, reviewed my picture associated with my tracking number. I called FedEx and the customer service agent told me that the tracking number did not match my name or address (how convenient is that) to make it harder to track them. I knew it was a scam because first of all it was not my home, second of all the picture showed 3-4 small to medium size boxes. A large swing set is going to include several large boxes. I contacted the credit card company and filed a dispute for the charges, for an unfulfilled order. I called the company "Select Sheds" via their phone on their website at 1-866-771-7174 and phone number is not a legitimate number. I sent emails to them on their website chat, but a message popped up saying they were offline. Maybe this company is not even in Texas maybe it is a scam originating in another country. I am furious. Please refer this company to get investigated. It never crossed my mind to do a review of the company before placing the order. The website does not appear to be fraudulent. This company has numerous individuals on Reddit complaining about the unfulfilled orders and unresponsive customer service. I have emails if proof is needed.
