866-811-0228

I received a voicemail from TSS (682-204-8333) stating that I had a summons and legal action pending against me. They left a phone number to call 866-811-0228. They also said I had a summons case number. When I called the 866 number, a man answered and said "Gearson & Associates" and told me they are a legal firm. I gave him the case number, and he told me to read page 3 of my summons, which I had never received. He then told me there was a case of fraud against a Capital One credit card, which I don't have one of those. I told him that, and he said, "Go tell it to the judge when you go to court." When I asked him where to go, he hung up the phone. This guy stated the last 4 digits of my SS number that I did NOT give him. I called my bank and Capital One fraud lines to report this incident, which they recorded. They both said there was nothing like that about me at either the bank or Capital One.
