Got mysterious Visa gift card in the mail?? I received an envelope in the mail with an address in San Diego. Inside is a letter with another address, this one in Illinois, for "LSC-Prepaid", and a Visa Gift Card and a pin code hand-written on the letter. It says I've been given a gift card and has instructions for accessing the gift card account. It says "Issued by: Services Credit Union" and says "To select your PIN, please login to https://www.consumercardaccess.com/cugift2 or call 866.833.2370". Of course, my PIN has already been written on the paper, but the web site listed seems to be down. This all, of course, seems extremely sketchy to me, but when I looked up "Consumer Card Access" and "LSC-Prepaid" I found only positive references to the companies. If this is a scam, I can't figure it out. Any help?
