We paid in full for Feb to have health benefits & March benefits of $405 per month. No one can verify our eligibility. Wal-greens pharmacy can't verify our insurance & my Gynecologic & Primary Care physician were unable to verify. I had to pay out of pocket for my doctor visit of $142 because this insurance stated that we were not insured. I called this company on Fri. 03.06.26 at 02:30 p.m. to verify our eligibility & unable to verify again. Kept getting run around! I informed the agent at 866.870.7730 that I was reporting them to the BBB & requesting my refund of 2 payments due to not having insurance coverage. Agent hung up on me.
