My Citibank credit card account was debited 54.95 stating MODERN KITCHEN TOOLS A 866-964-4409 CA in Sept. Oct and Nov. For my billing statement in Nov. I disputed the charge. I called the number listed and was told I had signed up for a drawing paying 14.97 for a chance to win a deli set and signed up for the recurring charge. I would never sign up for this, it's asinine, I don't gamble, nor do I want a deli set. I stated to have my name removed and cancel whatever they thought I signed up for, this was a scam and I was reporting it. I wanted a refund. The representative stated I needed to stay on the phone. I already stated my name and address, they said I had given them my email address. They had all the information necessary to give a refund.
