Received in the mail a flyer with plastic battery operated small black rectangle affixed to the flyer; if you pull the tab the numbers light up. Instructions are to scratch off the circle to see if the lighted numbers match the numbers on the scratcher circle. Of course the numbers match. The flyer advises that you are a semi-finalist to win one of 4 grand prizes such as a Viking Cruise or $15,000 cash, etc. I never entered any contest so I couldn't have been a semi-finalist. The flyer directs the recipient to call #866-980-4795. The company is identified as DDL but no mailing address or website is listed.
