I ordered 2 bottles of memory and brain health supplements I saw advertised on Facebook. The total was to be $35.00, buy one get one free. I received 2 bottles of keto gummies, 1 bottle of glycogen, 1 bottle potassium, 1 bottle niacinamide, 1 bottle folic acid, 1 bottle iron, and 1 bottle cleanse. I cannot take any of these supplements due to other medication I am taking. My bank account was deleted twice, one charge for $239.94 and one for $59.99. I tried to call the customer hot line number that was included in the pacage receipt, 8877-215-3354. I tried numerous times but never got an answer, I always got a busy signal. I looked up the name of the company that was on my bank statement, Top5Health New York NY, [email protected] . I emailed them but the email was returned as an error address. The package sent to me had an address of Box 1036 Florence KY 41022, with no company name. I could not find any Top5health company in Florence KY. I have not been able to get a refund on my money or even contact the company to register a complaint.
