I received a phone call from a Cabell with Process Service Division stating they had sent a subpoena several times before from a Law firm of Belmontis to my address in which I have never received. She gave me a claim # (26-031113) and told me to call the office at 877-253-3657 to speak to someone about rescheduling the delivery of these court documents. I was told it was about an online loan from a company Cash Jar in which I do not recognize this company. I was told the loan was done on July 16th 2013. I tried getting as much info from the guy I spoke with as I can but the more questions I asked the more impatient he got. He wanted me to resolve the issue right then and there. I asked for info about the loan and the location and he said I can tell your not interested in resolving this so good luck in court. I received a call from Alex Keane, calling about the delivery of a legal document in reference to case number 25-16994, and then said it was about my personal property address, and gave me my correct address. He repeated his name; this is Alex Keane from the processing Division.
