I was attempting to change a flight reservation for the following day and called 877-593-3097, I thought I was calling Agean Airlines and asked the representative if he was with Agean Airlines and he said yes. He told me that the ticket could not be changed as it was restricted, however, if I booked a first class ticket which would be fully refundable, he can change that ticket to economy and refund the difference. I received an email which was an invoice in the amount of $1692.00 and he asked me for my credit card number. I told him that I would use Apple Pay and he insisted on the credit card number. I said not and paid using Apple Pay. I later changed my mind and canceled the ticket he booked for me which was within 24 hours and I received that refund, however did not receive the refund for the first class ticket. I called my bank and disputed the charge. after about 30 days, Jupiter Luxe responded to the dispute and stated the ticket was non-refundable so the bank reinstated the charge.
