My name is Tanya Allen-Rodgers and at the present time my student loans are in forbearance. Last week, Mr. Adam Jones ( ph 877 637 3233) claims to be working on behalf of public student loan fogiveness (PSLF) and claims to be a third party trying to renew my certification for forgiveness of my student loans. He also stated that it will cost me $650.00. I refused and he became very irate.He also stated he is working with the Department of Education. I am not sure if this is a scam, so I need your help to clarify or investigate further on my behalf.On Student Aid.gov, there was no record of a third party working with the Education Dept.
