Uh, that's not gonna make this matter magically disappear or go away. The only thing that's going to happen is you will be served documents at your place of employment through a manager or supervisor at xyz job. Now, any questions or concerns, you may have once they are served and delivered, your job will receive all of the information to the firm, the claim number 218-041. They'll also get the contact information to the firm at 877-668-4964. They'll also get this recording that I'm leaving you right now when you have had the opportunity to pick the phone up but instead you send a phone call to ignore. Ms. xxxx. is the final notification. I received a phone call this morning from someone saying that they were trying to reach my son and that he needed to be served legal papers. He was very pushy and threatening saying things like ma’am Wouldn’t you rather just get this information down and keep your son from having to go to court. He gave me a phone number and said it was called a legal firm that phone number was 877-668-4964. And he gave me a case #197345. He knew my son’s last 4 of his social and his address. The scammer tried to call me through both my personal and work cell. They state their name, but not the company. They know my name and obviously my phone numbers. They are asking for a verification of residence and employment. The voicemail ends with a claim number that has been “filed against” me, I have been officially notified, and I only have one opportunity to call them back at a different number (877-668-4964) to resolve the claim.
