Received 2 letters addressed to my husbands name with our new address it is marked urgent from Laura Davis/ Home Warranty Programs with a yellow sticky on it to please call now to 877-748-7535 and to ask for Laura. There is no return address or email information on either letter. It does state at the bottom of the letter We are not affiliated with your current mortgage holder. It also states to respond by April 9th, 2026 and labeled as time sensitive on one note and the other states urgent.
