My husband thought he was calling Spectrum service with a Google Search. The man posed like a tech person in an evasive manner and stated he was doing diagnostics on our equipment He then stated our equipment was old and we needed ATT and DirectTV streaming. He also told us we were being charged for a landline which we had discontinued. We did realize later that he was not Spectrum. We were able to cancel ATT and DirectTV directly. However, the deception involved with this third party seller was disturbing. The complany comes up first on the Google search and my decieive many people.
