Local number called my phone (came up as “spam likely”) and left an “urgent message” telling me they have been trying to contact me about a legal matter and will be serving me at my residence or place of employment if I don’t call (877)854-5060 to resolve the matter. This is the second time I've been contacted by "Miss Davis". Using a local number and left voicemail: "This call is intended for ___. Case number 221361 again for ___. This is Miss Davis with independent process services. We are calling to make our final attempt to contact you in reference to the delivery and time and sensitive documents. The documents do require a signature for porper service and delivery to make any changes on the location or to receive information. Prior to the delivery you'll need to contac the issuing firm at 877-854-5060, reference your case number when calling in. Failure to contact the firm will result in further action taking place without your knowledge or censent." I was contacted via phone by a woman stating that she has a delivery of documents for me and asked if I would be available between 8:00 and 1:00 tomorrow. I ask what these documents were about or who sent them she said she didn't have that information and provided me with the phone number of 877-854-5060. The scammer claimed to be a process server who identified herself as Mrs Davis. She gave a case number. Then she said that this was the last attempt to contact the person I'm reporting this for and that if he did not call the number that she left, 877-854-5060, that further action could be taken against him with or without his consent.
