To illustrate, at 10:03 AM, I received a call from the number 866-668-7301, claiming to represent UCN, a debt collection agency, and inquiring about my new identity. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted from 877-903-0251, which also identified itself as a debt collector number. This group is fully aware that my elderly spouse and I have been on the Do Not Call list since 2024, which further indicates the personal nature of these attacks. Moreover, I am a victim of identity theft. This sophisticated hacker has inflicted identity theft, harassment, and data breaches upon me. They instigated the breach and subsequently employed collection agencies to pursue additional funds from me. Furthermore, I must emphasize the importance of monitoring your mail. For the past seven years at my current residence, Genevieve Craig B***** and their associates have been redirecting my USPS mail to themselves. They currently open my mail, make copies, and then send it back to me in envelopes of their choosing. The mail I receive often lacks proper perimeter and barcodes, and arrives in a stained condition, frequently classified as junk mail, which this group continues to send, primarily using my former name. It is imperative that I remain vigilant regarding the types of mail that arrive at my home. All of my credit card accounts have been manipulated. However, I remain optimistic, as I believe these individuals will soon be apprehended for their heinous actions.
