I purchased two $500 gift cards at Walmart, but they would not activate. I called the fraud department at 877-937-4098 and have been trying to resolve this issue since October 24. As of November 11, 2025, I was told I needed to resend copies of the cards and receipts because they couldn’t find my information. Every time I call, I’m either hung up on or given incorrect information. One of the cards was reportedly already activated by someone else, which isn’t possible because I had just purchased it, and it never activated at checkout.
