Stated my deceased step father had a complaint against him and unless i am available for signature they would reach me at home , or attempt to reach me at my verified place of employment. They stated I needed to contact the issuing agent immediately at 888-212-2969. My step father has been dead for many years, we were not in contact when he passed away so I am not sure exactly when.
