Calls made to myself and my mother stating they had a "complaint" filed in their office. Documents are being prepared to be sent out and I need to sign for delivery. Threatened if i do not sign for the documents, they will go to my place of employment to find me. stated to prevent more action being taken, that I needed to call and provide them more information and said to call the issuing agency agency at 888-212.9659. (888) 212-9659 State they are a law firm and if you don’t provide them information they threaten to go to your place of work. They states they are attorneys office but when I asked for name of firm got told I don’t need to know that they’ll remove my number. Another call an American male refused to identify himself or the attorney he represented, mocked me, played hold music when I tried to talk but was listening in when playing music. They left a voicemail looking for someone to serve paper too. Total scam looking for an old guy who lives down the street.
