We have a pending case in your office for (mispelled mother's first name) and (mother's last name). They will need a reference file number 651-981 again 651-981. There has been a complaint filed in our office, documents regarding your file are bieng prepared to be sent out, and you'll need to be available to sign for the delivery. The issue an agent will dispatch confirmation, if they are unable to reach you at home, they will attmpt to reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop further action from being taken, you will need the contact to issue an agent immediately at 888-241-9956. Again, that's 888-241-9956. This call has been logged and records as proof of effort made. The name is wrong, they sent it to my sister who thought it was real. I'm uploading it to warn others. Our mother's name is wrong and there is no mention of who filed the complaint to who. It's a very confusing rushed jargon that will catch you off guard.
