I told him that I was not interested in the product and would be glad to return it. I had ordered from an on line source Ulta Ad - free Limiera skin care serum & pay shipping only $14.99. He told me no that if I didn't pay this amount he would continue to send me the product monthly until I did pay. I was upset, he suggested I call Customer Service, I started to ask questions and the Customer Service Rep transferred me back to the Billing Dept. The biller said that his company address was 782 South River Road, St George, Utah 84790 (after researching this is a mailstop for many companies), he said his Tax ID was 888-260-7876. He then lowered the amount to 119.99 and if I did not pay, he would not cancel the subscription that I never wanted in the first place. We paid with a bank credit card and received at text from the biller, first with company TheNutritionDietSolution, it was declined, he sent another text with the company BIGGERANDBOLDERRESULTS, we questioned this, are these bogus companies connected to Mondias Natural Products in Canada now known as Lumiera Health Inc. I was backed into a corner by mistakenly ordering this product on line. I did contact Ulta and warned them of Lumiera using their name on the ad. Otherwise, I would have never ordered this product.
