The scammer sent a letter under the name Andy Perkins, Program Director for an unnamed home warranty company. The letter asked me to contact the office by calling a toll-free number during their business hours to get my home warranty up to date. The letter created a sense of urgency and lied about the existence of a current home warranty. It was posed as a "final notice", even though I don't recall any previous correspondence from this scammer. The date by which action was required was 2 days prior to the date that I received the letter. RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED ATTENTION: ******* ***** It is important to contact our office at 1-888-300-7141 upon receiving this notice to avoid any unnecessary delays in your coverage before January 22nd, 2026 .
