Received letter from vehicle services division with customer ID ELGPAFGD4478 and number 888-307-1175 for call back asking me to give my VIN number of my car and current mileage before 02/27/2026. Signed by someone named Tabitha Jones, program coordinator, electronic signature. I called the number back to request my name be taken off their database along with my address and phone number, got someone named Sam who answered the call, was very standoffish, acted like he did not understand why I was calling, felt like he was trying to get me to say the word. Yes at some point. He kept pushing, saying he didn't understand, sounded incredulous when I said I had vehicle warranty already. I ended the call by saying please remove my name, number and address from your database, have a great day and then I hung up.
