Earthlink agent sold us internet services we never received October 24 over the phone for $54.00 but debited $59.00 / 2 routers were delivered October 31 / called 1-888-327-8454 for assistance November 3rd was told to, pay internet fee $74.00 but was debited $79 but the assistant was no help because of area discrepancy / cancelled services and card for no more debits November 4th and complied with assistant about going online getting a UPS mailing label and sending items back / sent items back November 6 and I got the tracking number. It's December 1st and I've talked to a total of 5 customer assistants about a refund; they all lie, hang up, ask for security code to check(033502-796641-100521-604510-798009), keep repeating the same thing about not cancelling services, claims about refunding or that is not the tracking number I'm reading from my receipt.
