Recieved a voicemail message stating the same script as others have related. "This message is solely intended for "name". I am calling on behalf of Document Delivery Services. We have been retained to schedule and deliver legal documents to you between the hours of 8am and 4pm at either your home or place of employment. We'll be making only 2 attempts to deliver these documents which will require a signature as proof of delivery. If we are unable to deliver these documents after 2 attempts, it will be classified as a failed action to serve which will result in a pending legal mastery to proceed further without your consent. This call was targeting a person who has been dead for 3.5 years and made to a phone number of a family member. I did not and will not return the call.
