My Mom googled "Frontier Phone Number" and found this number: 1-888-384-8774. She called the number and they answered as representing "Frontier Airlines." They took her information and booked her a flight. Turns out the flight they booked her was real, through Frontier airlines, for $377.97; however they charged her a total of $755.93, saying that the additional money was for the flight home. However, I contacted Frontier Airlines and her flight was only the $377.97 and it included the round trip. So the additional $377.96 that was charged was to line the pockets of the fraudulent company. When we disputed the charges, they sent a threatening email saying they would cancel the tickets and there would be no refund. I resolved this situation by canceling the tickets with Frontier and collecting a voucher to book tickets separately from the fraudulent agency. The bank is still refuting the charges, so will see what happens with this, but this company should be reported for claiming to be Frontier, but in actuality scamming customers by charging double the price of tickets!!
